The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8:00 PM at the
muni.cipal building with Mayor Joseph Dixon presiding.
Roll Call was held as follows: Coffman,present,Denney,present, Karrer,present,
Macklin,present,Sohontzler,present and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preoeeding meeting were read ana approT8a.

Mr. Macklin moved, seoonded by Mr. Coffman that the bills be paid. Vote thereo
was unanimous.
Ordinanoe l6-7l dealing with the appointment of Timothy Holbrook as a Reserve
Polioeman was introduoed by Mr. Maoklin. The ordinanoe was read for the first
time. Mr. Ulrey moved, seoonded by Mr. Sohontzler to dispense with the three
time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was unanimous.
Mayor Dixon then prooeeded to swear in Mr. Holbrook as a reserve polioeman.
Ordinance l5-7l dealing with the 1% inoome tax was read for the third time
as required by law. AA motion to adopt theOrdinanoe was made by Mr. Macklin
and seoonded by Mr. Sohontzler. The Ordinance was then voted on and passed
unanimously.
Mr. Denney moved that Chief Rose be allowed to purchase two Walkie Talkies
and his motion was approved unanimously by the Counoil.
Meeting adjourned.
