Vote thereon was unanimous. Mr. Schontzler introduoed Resolution 06-71 dealing with accepting the tax rates established by the Budget oommittee. The Resolution was read for the first time. Mr. Karrer moved, seoonded by Mr. Ulrey to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Resolution was unanimous. A letter was read from an inte~sted citizen praising the summer rec. program. Lengthy discussions were held on Police matters and the Water and Sewer oontract problems, but no aotion was taken except to have the Solioitor attempt to find out if there was any precedent set for us to possibly bring suit againt the City
