The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8:00 PM at the
munioipal building with Mayor Jaok Frambes presiding.
Roll call was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,present,Karrer,present,
Maoklin,present,Sohontzler,present, and Ulrey, present.
The mlnutes of the preoeeding meeting were read ana approved.
The following bills were submitted for pajJment:

Mr. Dixon moved, seoonaed by Mr. Karrer that the billsbe paid. Vote thereon was
unanimous.
Mayor Frambes appointed Mr. Bixon,Mr. Karrer, Mr. Maoklin and Mr. Denney to
study Burgess and Nip1es reoommendations for a new building Code for the Villag~.
Mayor Frambes read a proolamation deolaring June 30, 1971 as Harodd ShriTer Day
A Disoussion was held on a possible Village Inoome Tax, and this matter will be
disoussed further in ooming meetings.
The Clerk was instruoted to write to Di~sion Six in regard to the dlp in
Dublin Road North of the Traffio light.
Mr. Ulrey introduoed Ordinanoe ll-71 dealing with Salaries for Village Offioia s
The Ordinance was read for the first time. ~. Macklin moved, seoonded by Mr.
Denney to dupense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and
the Ordinanoe was unanimous.
I Counoil was reminded of the up-ooming meeting with the City of Columbus Counoi
lion June 29 in regard to the proposed Sewer Contraot.

Counoil was reminded of the Annual Kiwanis Frog Jump and their judging duties
at this event on the 26 and 27 of June.
Mr. Sohontz1er reported that the Summer Reoreation program is moving well in
the capable hands of Mr. Andreas.
