The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8:00 Pm at the
munioipal building with Mayor Jaok Frambes presiding.
Roll Call was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,present,Karrer,present,
Maoklin,present,Sohontzler,present and Ulrey,present.

II Mr. Dixon moved, seoonded by Mr. Denney that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
The Mayor appointed Mr. Ulrey and Mr. Sohontzler as a committee to screen all
applicants for the summer recreation job, and to make recommendations to the
Council.
All members of the Dublim Architeotural Board appeared before Counoil to
register a complaint against the manner in which the building permit for the
new building on the Carl Hill property was handled. Counoil assured the Board
members that all future permits falling in their jurisdiction would be brought
to the Boards attention for review prior to a permit being issued.
Mr. Tom Dorsey, the Village building Inspector submitted his resignation
and Mr. Joseph Dixon moved that Council table the resignation until a new
building inspector is appointed or until May l, 1971 at Mr. Dorseys request.
This motion was seoonded by r~. Ulrey, and vote on the motion was unanimous.
