A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO
THE VARIOUS BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS
OF THE CITY OF DUBLIN
WHEREAS, Council has completed their assessment of the available positions on
boards and commissions for terms beginning April 1, 2011.
NOW, TIEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin, State of
Ohio, (L of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. Joseph E. Budde, Sr. is hereby appointed to a four -year term on the
Planning and Zoning Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2015.
Section 2. Tasha Bailey is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the Architectural
Review Board, such term expiring on March 31, 2014.
Section 3. Brian Gunnoe is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the Board of
Zoning Appeals, such term expiring on March 31, 2014.
Section 4. Chris Clinton and Steve Stidhem are hereby reappointed to three -year
terms on the Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, such terms expiring on
March 31, 2014; and Ingrid Grass is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the
Parks and Recreation Advisory Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2014.
Section 5. Mindy Carr is hereby appointed to the unexpired term of Kevin Cooper on
the Community Services Advisory Commission, such term expiring on March 31,
2012; and William Sherman, Richard Filler and Kari Hertel are hereby reappointed to
three -year terms on the Community Services Advisory Commission, such terms
expiring on March 31, 2014.
Section 6. Jim Renard is hereby appointed to a three -year term on the Personnel
Board of Review, such term expiring on March 31, 2014.
Section 7. Darin Moore is hereby reappointed to a three -year term on the Records
Commission, such term expiring on March 31, 2014.
Section 8. Each of the above -named persons shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by City
Council.
Section 9. The member of the Planning & Zoning Commission herein appointed shall
receive compensation as established by City Council. The other members appointed
herein shall serve without compensation.
Section 10. This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under Section
4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
