The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8:00 PM at
the municipal building with Mayor Jack Frambes presiding.
Roll Call was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,present,Karrer,present,
Maoklin,ABSENT,Schontzler,present, and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preeeeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Denney moved, seoonded by Mr. Ulrey that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
Resolution 02-7l dealing with accepting the Comprehensive Regional Plan for
the orderly growth of the Village was introduoed by Mr. Schontzler. The Res-
olution was read for the first time. Mr. Dixon moved, seconded by }~. Karrer
to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Res-
olution was unanimous.
Mr. Karrer introduced Ordinance 06-7l dealing with the appointment of Herb
Jones as a reserve Policeman for the Village of Dublin. The Ordinance was
read for the first time. Mr. Denney moved, seoonded by Mr. Schontzler to dis-
pense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe wa$
unanimous.
Mr. Ulrey introduoed Ordinance 07-71 dealing with the appointment of Patricia
