The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8:00 PM at
the municipal building with Mayor Jaok Frambes presiding.
Roll call was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,present,Karrer,present,
Maoklin,present,Sohontzler,present and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Denney moved,seconded by Mr, Dixon that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
Ordinanoe 04-71 dealing with Appropriations for 1971 was introduced by Mr.
Dixon. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr. Karrer moved, seconded
by Mr. Macklin to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the
motion and the Ordinanoe was unanimous.
It was reported that the hearing for the Annexation west of the river is
soheduled for February 17th at lO:OO AM at the Court House of Franklin County.
Mr. Bill Jones, Mr. John IVhite and Mr. John Logan all of Ohio Bell appeared
before Counoil to discuss problems and plans for telephone servioe in the
Dublin area.

It was reported at this meeting that there has bean no further correspodenoe
in regard to the proposed Sewer Contraot with the City of Columbus.
Meeting adjourned.
