A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A MEMBER TO A THREE-
YEAR TERM AS CITY REPRESENTATIVE TO THE BOARD
OF THE DUBLIN CONVENTION AND VISITORS BUREAU
WHEREAS, Council has completed the interview process for board and
commission candidates.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Dublin,
State of Ohio, -+- of the elected members concurring that:
Section 1. lju. CA.J1 L uJ arh-S is hereby appointed to a three-
year term as the City representative to the Board of the Dublin Convention
and Visitors Bureau, a term which expires on March 31,2009.
Section 2, The above-named person shall serve until a successor is
appointed or until death, resignation, or removal for cause as determined by
City Council.
Section 3. The member appointed herein shall serve without
compensation.
Section 4, This resolution is effective upon passage as provided under
Section 4.04(a) of the Revised Charter.
