The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8:00 PM at the
munioipal building with Mayor Jaok F.rambes presiding.
Roll oall was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,ABSENT,Karrer,present,
Macklin,presemt,Sohontzler,present and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preoeeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Ulrey moved, seconded by Mr. Denney that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
Resolution 01-71 dealing with the seleotion of Joseph Dixon as Council Pres.
was introduced by Mr. Ulrey. The Resolution was read for the first time. Mr.
Karrer moved, seoonded by Mr. Macklin to dispense with the three time reading
rule. Vote on the motion and the Resolution was unanimous.
Ordinance 01-71 dealing with emploting Donald Rose as Sblicitor of the Village
was introduoed by Mr. Maoklin. The Ordinanoe was read for the first time. Mr.
Karrer moved, seomnded by Mr.Denney to dispense with the three time reading
rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was unanimous.
Ordinanoe 02-71 dealing with the appointment of Adam Hirth as S~eet Commiaaipner
was introduoed by ~. Karr8r.The Ordinanoe was read for the first time. Mr.
Sohontzler moved, seoonded by Mr. Maoklin to dispense with the three time reading
rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinance was unanimous.
Ordinanoe 03-71 dealing with prohibiting parking on the south side of Bridge S~
between MOnterey and Frantz road, was introduced by Mr. Sohontzler. The Ordina~oe
was read for the first time. Mr. Ulrey moved, seconded by Mr. Denney to dispense
with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was
unanimous.
