Roll oall was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,present,Karrer, Absent, Maoklin,present,Sohont~ler,present and Ulrey,present. The minutes of the preoeeeing meeting were read and approved. The following bills were submitted Franklin County Treasurer Thorpe Motors Deane Bi shop Donald Rose G. M. Frazier A. Smith Co Burgess & Niple Augustus Rose R. Denney J. Dixon R. Karrer G. Maoklin R. Sohontzler W. Vote A public hearing was held on Ordinanoe 31-10 dealing with the re-zoning of two traots of land for Dodge-Irelan Ino. This Ordinanoe was introduoed by Mr. Maoklin. The Ordinanoe was read for the first time. Mr. Ulrey moved, seoonded by Mr. Denney to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was unanimous. Ordinanoe 38-70 dealing with aooepting the lowest and best Bid for the Well and Pump at the Library Site by Mr, Arthur Plummer was introduoed by Mr. Ulrey. The Ordinanoe was read for the first time. Mr. Maoklin moved, seoonded by Mr. Denney to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was unanimous. Ordinanoe 39-70 dealing with aooepting the lowest and best bid for the Septio Tank instal]ation at the Library site by Mr. Charles Coffman was introduoed b~ Mr. Denney. The OrdinlllIloe was read for the first time. Mr. Sohontzler moved, seoonded by Mr. Maoklin to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the mo1:ion and the Ordinanoe was unanimous. Ordinanoe 40-70 dealing with aocepting the lowest and best bid for stoning and grading the parking lot at the Library site by Mr. Charles Coffman was introduoed by Mr. Denney. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr. Maoklin moved, seoonded by Mr. Ulrey to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was unaniMOUS. Ordinanoe 41-70 dealing with re-appropriations within the General Fund was introduoed by Mr. Sohontzler. The Ordinanoe was read for the first time. Mr. Denney moved, seoonded by Mr. Ulrey to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the ordinanoe was unanimous.
