A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST
BID FOR THE NORTH FORK INDIAN RUN BIKE PATH
PROJECT AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
ENTER INTO A CONTRACT FOR SAID SERVICES
WHEREAS, after advertising and receiving bids on July 21,2005 for the North Fork
Indian Run Bikepath Project, Council has determined that the bid submitted by
Strawser Paving in the amount of$76,020 is the lowest and best bid for the project;
and
WHEREAS, this project is an approved 2005 Capital Improvements project;
NOW, THlREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council ofthe City of Dublin, State
of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
Section 1. That the bid submitted by Strawser Paving in the amount of $76,020 for the
Indian Run Bikepath Project is hereby accepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to enter into a contract for the
project as listed above, and as specified within the bid proposal and the City's bid
documents on file in the Division of Parks and Open Spaces.
Section 3. That this Resolution shall take effect and be in force in accordance with
Section 4.04(a) of the Dublin City Charter.
