The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council was held at 8:00 Pm at the
munioipal building with Mayor Jack F.rambes presiding.
Roll oall was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon.present,Karrer,present,
Maoklin,present,Sohontzler,present, and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preoeeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Macklin moved, seoonded by Mr. Sohontzler that the bills be paid. Vote ther~on
was unanimous.
Resolution 19-70 dealing with setting a time and place for Public Hearing on th
Re-zoning request by Dodge-Irelan,Ino. on two tracts of land on Shier-Rings and
Avery Roads was introduced by Mr. Dixon. The Resolution was read for the first
time. Mr. Karrer mowed, seconded by Mr. Ulrey to dispense with the three time
reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Resolution was unanimous.
Ordinanco S2-70 dealing with Basic Uniform for full time Village Polioe was
introduced by Mr. Denney. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr. Karrer
moved, seoonded by Mr. Ulrey to dispense with the three time reading rule.
Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was unanimous.
Ordinanoe 33-70 dealing with entering into a Contraot with the Washington Looa
School and the Columbus Public Library Assoc. to plaoe a portable Library on
the Sohool Grounds in the Village of Dublin was introduoed by Mr. Schontzler.
The Ordinanoe was read for the first time. Mr. Karrer moved, seoonded by Mr.
Dixon to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the
Ordinanoe was unanimous.
Ordinanoe 34-70 dealing with acoeptanc~ of the lowest and best bid for buildi g
a foundation for the portable Library was introduoed by Mr. Maoklin. The Ordi ance
was read for the first time. Mr. Dixon moved, seconded by Mr. Denney to dispe se
~th the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Ordinanoe was
unanimous.
The Mayor was not ready as yet to name members to the Zoning Appeals and
the Arohitectural Boards, and he stated that he would be ready at the next
meeting, hopefully.
The Clerk informed Counoil that Local Govt Funds for 1971 would bet 15,000.0
which is $ 7,000.00 less than reoeived in 1970.
The proposed Sewer Contract with the City of Columbus is still in a state of
oonfusion, but hopefully it will be ready for another review sometime in 1971
