The minutes; of the pre seeding meeting were read and &lpproved.

Mr. Dixon moved, seoonded by .Mr. Ulrey that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
Resolution 14-70 dealing with a request to the State Highway Dept. to vaoate
oertain limmited aocess rights of way on Rt. 161 and 33 for a Parkway type
of street in the Village, was introduoed by Mr. Karrer. The resolution was
read for the first time. Mr. Dixon moved, seoonded by V~. Maoklin to dispense
with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and on the Resolution
was unanimous.
Resolut~on 15-70 dealing with a request to the State Highway Dept. to establish
a reasonable an sat.e .p~ed on Outerbelt 270 within the Village limits was intr,-
duoed by Mr. Maoklin. the Resolution was read for the first time. Mr. Sohontzhr
moved, seconded by Mr. Karrer to dispense with the three time reading rule.
Vote on the motion and the resolution was unanimous.
Resolution 16-70 dealing with a request to Columbia Gas of Ohio to establish
a uniform rate for all munioipal~ties was introduoed by Mr. Maoklin. The Res-
olution was read for the first time. Mr. Sohontzler moved, seoonded by Mr.
Denney to dispense with the three time reading rale. Vote on the motion and
the resolution was unanimous.
Resolution 17-70 dealing with the establishment of prioes for oopies of the
new zoning code and map was introduoed by Mr. Schontzler. The resolution was
read for the first time. Mr. Sohontzler moved, seoonded by Mr. Maoklin to
dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion and the Resolutipn
was unanimous.
A letter was reoieved oonfirming that the Portable Library is oommng to Dublin
as soon as Gahanna. ocoupies their new faoility.
Chief Rose was instructed by Counoil and the Mayor that he shall approve or
deny all purohase requests for the Police Dept. No bill involving the Police
Dept. shall be paid whioh does not bear the valid signature of Chief Rose.
The deoisions of Ch~ef Rose shall be absolute and f~nal.
The proposed Sewer contract with the City of Columbus was discussea and a
meeting is being set up by the solicitor to iron out the remaining points in
