Summary
On May 6, 2005 five (5) bids were received, publicly opened and read for the Hospital Drive project.

new TIF district for the hospital site parcel.
This project will be financed initially by an advance from the Capital Improvements Tax Fund. An

coordinate the design of Hospital Drive with the Dublin Community Hospital site plan. Street trees will
be included with the construction project
Previous experience with George J. Igel & Company, Inc. has been favorable. Recent city projects
