HOFFMAN, TRUSTEE, LOCATED EAST OF HYLAND CROY ROAD AND NORTH OF MCKITRICK ROAD, CITY OF DUBLIN, COUNTY OF UNION, STATE OF OHIO. WHEREAS, the City of Dublin is preparing to construct a waterline along Hyland Croy Road; and WHEREAS, said improvement will require the City of Dublin to obtain a waterline easement in and to the premises described in the attached Exhibit "A" located in the City of Dublin, Union County, Ohio. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Council, of the City of Dublin, State of Ohio, +- of the elected members concurring that: Section 1. Council considers it necessary and declares its intention to appropriate, for the purpose of constructing a waterline along Hyland Croy Road, a waterline easement in and to the premises located in the City of Dublin, Ohio, and more fully described in the legal description attached hereto as Exhibit "A". Section 2. The City Manager is hereby authorized to cause written notice of the passage of this Resolution to be served upon the owners and persons in possession or having an interest of record in the above-described property. This notice shall be served according to law. Section 3. Hartmann, Assistant Law Director DATE: May 11,2005 RE: Hyland Croy Waterline Project Resolutions Nos. 27-05 and 28-05 SUMMARY: This project requires appropriation of a waterline easement from two (2) property owners for the construction of a waterline on the east side of Hyland Croy Road. A drawing of the proposed waterline easements is attached for your review. Resolutions Nos. 27-05 and 28-05 have been submitted to Council for approval of Dublin's intent to appropriate the necessary waterline easements.
