Roll oall was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,present,Karrer,present, Maoklin,present,Sohontzler,present and Ulrey,Absent. The minutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved. Mr. Dixon moved, seoonded by Mr. Maoklin that the billa be paid providing ther was suffioient funds available to do so. Vote thereon was unanimous. Resolution 13-70 was introduoed by Mr. Dixon deali~ with the Village ~iviDt oonsent to the Franklin County Engineering Dept. to improve Rings and Frantz roads at no expense to the Village. The resolution was read for the first time. Mr. Sohontzler moved, seconded by Mr. Karrer to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on resolution, un~imo" The Clerk informed Council and the Mayor that there would be a Budget hearing at the Franklin County Courthouse on August lOth at 1:30 P.M. The Clerk was instructed to write a letter to Mr. Emmet Karrer requesting tha he mow his field on the property baok of Monterey drive. The Clerk was instruoted to write a letter to Mr. Grizzell of the Washington Looal Sohools in rgard to having older ohildren direot traffio in front of the School 80 the Village Bolioemen will be available for duty or emergenoy at all times.
