ORDINANCE NO. ~ ~-1 0 , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING LOWEST AND BEST
BID FOR THE SALE TO THE VILLAGE OF A NEW
POLICE CRUISER; AUTHORIZING THE MA YOR AND
CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACT; AND DECLARING
AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 2- bids have been
received for the sale to the Village of a new police cruiser; and
WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of Bill Swad
Chrysler-Plymouth, 465 South Hamilton Road, Columbus, Ohio, is the
lowest and best bid;
NOW THEREFORE B6T ORDAINED by the Council of the Village
of Dublin, State of Ohio, of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of Bill Swad Chrysler-Plymouth, 465
South Hamilton Road, Columbus, Ohio, for the sale to the Village of a new
I police cruiser be, and it hereby is, accepted.
I SECTION 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be, and they hereby are,
authorized and directed to execute a contract in the name of the Village,
with the said Bill Swad Chrysler-Plymouth, 465 South Hamilton Road, Columb s,
Ohio, for said purchase according to the specifications contained in
Ordinance 01.-7 D .
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public health and safety for the reason that a new police
cruiser is presently needed to protect the health and safety of the residents
of the Village, and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force
immediately upon its passage.
