A speoial meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8 :00 P.M. at
the munioipal building with Mayor Jack Frambes presiding.
Roll call was held as foll~s, Denney,present,Dixon,present,Karrer,present,
Macklin,presemt,Sohontzler,present, and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preoeeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Schontzler moved, seconded by ~~. Dixon that the bills be paid. Vote there
on was unanimous.
Ordinanoe 21-70 dealing with the new Zoning Code for the Village was introduced
by Mr. Macklin. A motion was made by Mr. Macklin, seoonded by Mr. Denney to
amend the Ordinanoe by amending the map for a .813 aore tract of the Coffman
property. Vote on the motion was unanimous. A motionwas made by Mr. Karrer,
and seconded by Mr. Maoklin to amend the Ordinanoe for changes recommended by
Mr. Alston, the Village Planner. Vote on the motion was unanimous. Mr. Dixon
moved, seconded by Mr. Karrer to dispense with the three time reading rule.
Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Ordinanoe was unanimous.
Mr. Ray Snowden requested that the request for re-zoning of a 12.476 acre tract
of the Coffman property be tabled indefinitely and allo that Publio Hearing be
continued for at least 30 days. Mr. Dixon moved, seoonded by Mr. Sohontzler
that this request be granted. Vote thereon was unanimous.
The proposed agreement between Ashland Oil and the Village was read, but no
aotion was taken at this meeting. This agreement deals with the extension of
Sewer lines from Cosgray Ditoh to the Ashland Oil traot.
Meeting adjpurned.
