I ORDINANCE CONFIRMING RE-A PPOINTMENT
OF STREET COMMISSIONER
WHEREAS, the Mayor, has re-appointed Adam Hirth as
Street Commissioner of the Village of Dublin for the year 1970; and
WHEREAS, council is of the opinion that said Adam Hirth
is a suitable person for such office.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT, ORDAINED by council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, I) of the elected members
concurring:
Section I. That the re-appointment by the Mayor of Adam
Hirth as Street Commissioner of the Village for the year
1970, be and it hereby is confirmed.
Section II. That this ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
