VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHI~ AN ORDINANCE RAISING COMPENSATION' OF HAROLD ROSE, MARSHA LL AND STREET SUPERINTENDENT OF THE VILLAGE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, h of the elected members concurring: . Section 1. That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, Harold Rose shall be paid a salary of $ vi. j'tV) \ t) '-'~ per year for his performing duties as Marshall of the Village. Se ction 2. That from and after the effective date of this ordinance, the said Harold Rose shall be paid a salary of $ .3 (., ') ') ,0'" per year for performing his duties as Street Superintendent of the Village. Section 3. That the Clerk-Treasurer shall pay said Harold Rose the combined salaries in equal bi-monthly installments on the fifteenth and last day of each month. Se ction 4. That the said Harold Rose shall be paid the sum of $ L( () ,'), ')!"') per year for uniform allowance, and that said sum shall be paid in semi-annual installments of $ :)no, DC'> each; the first installment under this section being due and payable on February 1, 1969. Section 5. That the said Harold Rose shall be subject to call 24 hours a day, and that his minimum work week shall be 40 hours per week. Section 6. That the said Harold Rose shall have a vacation, two (2) weeks per year, at full salary, at such time as the Mayor may direct. Section 7. That this ordinance shall supercede the previous ordinance setting the compensation of Harold Rose as Village Marshall and Street Superintendent, and all provisions of said previous ordinance inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed. Section 8. That this ordinance be and the same hereby is declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the I immediate preservation of the public peace and safety for the reason that it is necessary in order to maintain and improve the police protection of the Village; and that this ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
