The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8:00 P.M. at
the Municipal Building with Mayor Jaok Frambes presiding.
Roll Call was held as follows: Denney,present,Dixon,present.Karrer, ABSENT,
Macklin,present.Schontzler,present, and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preoeeding meeting were read and approved.

Mr. Macklin moved, seconded by Mr. Dixon that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanimous.
Mr. Dixon imtroduoed Ordinance 18-70 dealing with the re-zoning of a 12.476
acre traot of the Clark Coffman property. The Ordinanoe was read for the first
time. After lengthy deliberation due to some teohnicalities involTing the
new Zoning Code to be heard in Public Hearing on July 13.1970. Mr. Dixon moved
seconded by Mr. Macklin to Table any aotion on this Ordinanoe and to continue
the Public Hearing on this matter until July 13, 1970. Vote on the Motion was
unanimous.
Mr. Joe King and Mr. Emerson Armstrong appeared before Counoil in regard to
a drainage problem in their areas, and the Mayor is to instruct the Village
Engineer to oheck the matter out and report baok to Council.
A letter was reoieved from Mr. J.A. Guy requesting information in regard to
the Village selling him an alley located next to his plaoe of business. Counoi
declined to sell the property to Mr. Guy.
There was some disoussion of the proposed Budget for 1911 with all Counoil
menbers and the Mayor and Solicitor, so as to supply the Clerk with the
needed information with which to prepare th}:e proposed budget.
