ORDINANCE NO. I~s -- rc <F~ , VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING LOWEST AND BEST
BID FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MONTEREY
DRIVE IMPROVEMENT; THE DIRECTING MAYOR
AND CLERK TO EXECUTE CONTRACT AND DE-
CLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance ("3 -"g bids have been
received for the construction of the improvement of Monterey Drive; and
_ WHEREAS, Council has determined that the bid of

NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the
Village of Dublin, State of Ohio, G of the elected members
concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of (4.~FF'''''':J~) &"'xCj~"'.'/:f T7~ G,
for the construction of the improvement of Monterey
Drive referred to in Ordinance 13 -(;8, be and it hereby is accepted.
SE CTION 2. That the Mayor and Clerk be, and th:y hereby
are, authorized apd directed to execute a contract, in the name of the Village,
with the said ('OF Fn1l1 10 t::::.'"l<c../"'J(...i,q 1lK-'C::. G.... ' for the construe - ..
tion of said improvement in accordance with his bid and according to law.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance be, and the same hereby is,
declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public health and safety for the reason that this improvement
is presently needed to protect the health and safety of the residents of the
Village, and that this ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
