The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Counoil was held at 8:00 P.M. at
the munioipal building with Mayor Jack F.rambes presiding.
Roll Call was head as follows: Denney,present,D1xon,present,Karrer,present,
Maoklin,present,Sohontzler,present and Ulrey,present.
The minutes of the preoeeding meeting were read and approved.
The following bills were submitted for payment:

Mr. Karrer moved, seconded by Mr. Dixon that the bills be paid, if the Clerk
reoieves suffmoient funds to do so. Vote thereon was unanimous.
Mr. Ulrey introduced Resolution 11-70 dealing with setting a time and place
for a Public Hearing on the proposed new Zoning Code. The Resolution was read
for the first time. Mr. Dixon moved, seoonded by Mr. Karrer to dispense with
the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on
the Resolution was unanimous.
Mr. Dixon introduced Ordinanoe 15-70 dealing with the ohange of Zoning of the
property at 56 N. High st. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr. Ulrey
moved, seoonded by Mr. Denney to dispense with the three time reading rule.
Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Urdinance was unanimous.

property at 72 N. High st. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr.
Macklin moved, seoonded by Mr. Karrer to dispense with the three time reading
rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Ordinanoe was unanimous
Mr. Ulrey introduced Ordinance 17-70 dealing with the ohange of Zoning of the
property at 84 N. High st. The Ordinance was read for the first time. Mr.
Macklin moved, seconded by Mr. Denney to dispense with the three time reading j
