PRIVIES~ PRIVY VAULTS~ CHEMICAL PRIVY TANKS. SEW- , AGE AND SEWAGE DISPOSAL EQUIPMENT. AND MISCELLANEOUS SA NIT ARY REQUIREMENTS. , BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin~ State of Ohio. S of the elected members concurring: Section I. Regulations 1 through 17 and 19 through 29 of the Sanitary Regulations of the Franklin County District Board of Health, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a part hereof and incorporated herein as if fully set out. are hereby adopted as an ordinance of the Village of Dublin and, from the date on which this ordinance shall take effect, the provisions there- of shall be controlling as an ordinance within the corporate limits of the Village of Dublin. Section 2. After the effective date of this ordinance all sewage and septic tanks installed within the Village of Dublin shall have a tank capacity of at least 1.000 gallons and their dimensions shall be approved by the De- partment of Health of the State of Ohio. If a garbage grinder will be used on the premises then such tank shall have a minimum capacity of 1, 500 gallons. If a sewage and septic tank with a tank capacity of less than 1500 gallons has been installed on premises within the Village of Dublin. no garbage grinder shall subsequently be used on the premises unless and until an additional septic tank with a minimum capacity of 500 gallons has been installed on the premises to receive the additional waste. Section 3. Whoever violates Section 2 or the regulations contained by reference in Section 1, or any order issued pursuant thereto. or obstructs or interferes with the execution of such order, or wilfully or illegally fails to obey such order, shall be fined not more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00). Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable under the ordinance. Section 4. Each section of this ordinance and each section of each of the regulations contained by reference in Section 1, and every part thereof is hereby declared to be an independent section and part of a section and if any section or part of a section is declared to be unconstitutional or void or in- effective for any cause, it shall not affect any other section or part of a sec- tion of said regulations. Section 5. This ordinance shall not be deemed to repeal or affect any ordinance heretofor enacted. Section 6.
