AMENDING ARTICLE I, OF ZONING ORDINANCE
NUMBER 3-54; CREATING COMMERCIAL DIST-
RICT. .C.

\.. to Article I of Ordinance 3-54 was proposed to council; and
WHEREAS, on JAAJU!l e-r q , 1967, said proposed amendment
was submitted by council to the Planning Commission for approval, disap-
proval, or suggestions; and
WHEREAS, on J"AJo.)vA~ '( ~O 1967, the Planning Commission
I reported in writing to council that it unanimously recommended said pro-
posed amendment; and
I WHEREAS, on Fa5eUfJ(Z.'( :z.O, 1967, the report of the Planning
Commission together with the text of the proposed amendment was filed
in the office of the Clerk where it has been available for public inspection
ever since; and
WHEREAS, on Aptc I J- '7 ' 1967, council held a public hear-
ing thereon after giving due and proper notice thereof;
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF
THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, STATE OF OHIO, 10 of the elected

W SECTION I. That Section 3 of Article I of Ordinance
Number 3-54 be and the same hereby is amended as
follows:
Sub-Sections 3 (d) (1)-(4) as follows. are
added thereto:
"Section 3 (d) (1). The following uses shall
be permitted in COMMERCIAL DISTRICT C.
"Administrative offices primarily engaged in general
administration, supervision, purchasing, accounting
and other management functions.

"Business offices carrying on no retail trade with the
general public and having no stock of goods maintained
for sale to customers.

"Section 3 (d) (3). The follow ing standards for
arrangement and development of land and build-
ings are required in Commercial District C.

highway unless, in the case of hardship. the I

this regulation; in which case the Planning Comm-
(.... ission shall, in furtherance of the purpose of

"Main and accessory structures shall not occupy
more than fifty percent (50%) of a lot, nor in total
gross floor area exceed eighty percent (80o/c) of
the lot area.
"A side yard shall be required adjacent to a Resi-
dential District. Such required s ide yards shall

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.
