AN ORDINANCE RE-APPOINTING HAROLD ROSE
MARSHALL OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN AND
SETTING THE COMPENSATION OF THE MARSHALL
AND FURTHER RE-APPOINTING HAROLD ROSE AS

BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, State
of Ohio, 0 of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That pursuant to the authority given by the code
and after the appointment and recommendation of the Mayor, the council
of the Village of Dublin, does hereby ratify, confirm, and appoint Harold
Rose as Marshall of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, and does hereby ratify
confirm and appoint Harold Rose as Street Superintendant of the Village
of Dublin, Ohio.
SECTION 2. That the said Harold Rose, shall be paid an annual
salary for his duties as Marshall of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, commenc-
ing with the passage of this Ordinance in the amount of $3600.00 per year.
SE CTION - 3. That the said Harold Rose shall be paid an annual
salary of $2200.00 per year commencing with the passage of this Ordinance
f""! for his duties as Street Superintendant.
.... SE CTION 4. That the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of Dublin
shall pay said Harold Rose the combined salaries in equal bi-monthly in-
stallments on the first and fifteenth day of each month respectively.
SECTION 5. That the said Harold Rose shall be subject to call 24
hours a day and that his minimum work week shall be 40 hours per week.
SECTION 6. That the said Harold Rose shall have a vacation of
two (2) weeks per year, at full salary, at such time as the Mayor shall direct.
SECTION 7. That the said Harold Rose shall be paid the sum of
$200.00 per year for uniform allowance, and that said sum shall be paid in
semi-annual installments of $100.00 each; the first installment under this
section being due and payable on February 1, 1967.
SE-cTION 8. That this Ordinance shall supersede and replace the
previous Ordinance employing Harold Rose as Marshall and Street Superin-
tendant of the Village of Dublin, and all provisions of the previous Ordinance
inconsistent herew ith are repealed.
r\ SE CTION 9. That this Ordinance be and the same he reby is
\.. ' declared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
prerervation of the public peace, health, and safety for the reason that
the \lillage of Dublin is in immediate need of 24 hour police protection
