I .s- BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, _* of al members elected, concurring: - I SECTION 1. That-the following described real estate belonging to I Bernice Smith is needed for municipal purposes: being the property located in the County of Franklin, State of Ohio, and known as 129 S. High Street, Dubli , Ohio J said premises to include the house and garage and the lot upon which the same is situated. SECTION 2, That the Mayor and Clerk be and they hereby are authorized , to purchase the property from Bernice Smith for $12,000 and upon such other . terms and conditions as they see fit. SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be I and the same hereby is declared an I emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public I , safety, and that this Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon its passage.
