TTr. Karrer moved, seconded by },'T. Dixon that the bills be naid. Vote thereon
'was unanimous.
Resolution 05-70 was introduced 1JY Lr. Denney dealing with setting a time and
place for a Public Hearing on the proposed rezoning of the Coffman property.
'l'he resolution was read for the first time. Lr. Dixon moved, seconded byl.lr. ~., ckli
to clisponse with the three time reading rrule. Vote on the motion 'was nnanimous
and vote on the Resolution vras unanimous.
Ordinance 11-70 was introduced by Itr. l~cklin clealin~ with tho chan~e of Zonin~
of a 5.754 Acre tract of lEmd ownecl by Lr. Samuell,IcGurer. 1!r. TJlrey noved, see
