A rezoning request was presented by IIr. Ray Snovvden invdllvinf the Coffman
property and lir. Ulrey moved, seconded by ;)1'. Denney to refer the request to
the ])lanninp: and Zoning Coramission for their recomendation.
Eayor Frambes E\nDointed a cOInlittee of "Ir. Denney and lIr. Schontzler to study
the out-fittin[': of the proJOsed new cruiser with radio, sir'.3Ils, Gtc.
Bids for the new cruiser were oDened and ;11'. Karrer introduced Ordinance 08-70
dealinp; with accept ing a bid and authoriz ing: the T::ayor and Clerk to enter into
a purchase contract. The Ordinance 'Ims read for the first time. IJr. Dixon movec
seconded by LIr. Denney to disponse with the threo time res.ding rule. Vote on
the notion was unani'lOus and vote on the Ol~dinance was unanimol1s.
Ordinance mJ-70 was introduced by LJr. Dixon dealing with accepting the Annex-
ation of the Godfrey Rings property into the Village. The Ordinance was reod f( r
the first time. Lir. Dixon moved, seconded by Lir. Ulrey to dispense with the
three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the
Ordinance 'Has unanimous.
