Ordinance mJ-70 was introduced by LJr. Dixon dealing with accepting the Annex- ation of the Godfrey Rings property into the Village. The Ordinance was reod f( r the first time. Lir. Dixon moved, seconded by Lir. Ulrey to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Ordinance 'Has unanimous.
