Holl Call was helcl as follows: Denney ,present ,Dixon, present , Karrer ,AiiSEHT, Eacklin,present,Schontzler,present and Ulroy,present. The minutes of the preceeding mecting were raad and approved. The following bills were submitted for Franklin County Treasurer Kilbury Insurance She 11 Oil National Graphics Lirllarts Sunoco Norman Thomas John I. Thomas payment: 55.52 Traf~ic lite rpr & Cinders 55.00 Bonds Rose & Hughes 4.64 cruiser gas 36.00 Traffic tickets 1.75 tire repair 15.00 Snow plowing 81.00 Police duty Jjtr. Dixon moved, seconded by LIr. Ulrey that the bills be paid. Vote thereon was unanimous. The Burgess & N iple Planner appeared before Council with recollmendations as to what he could be doing for the Village in regard to Zoning Ordinances, etc LIr. Dixon introduced Resolution 01-70 dealinr; with modification of the Engr'n[ Contract signed with Burgess & Niple in December 1969. The Resolution vms reac for the first time. Er. Schontzler moved, seconded by [,Ir. Eacklin to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and Vote on the Resolution was unanimous. There V!aS a motion by IIr. Llacklin dealing with setting a time and place for a Public Hearing on a .918 acre tract uwned by Er. Samuel I:lcGurer. The Resolution was read for the first time. 15r. Denney moved, seconded by Iir.
