I I BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dubl in, State I of Ohio, , of the elected members concurring: I I I SECTION I. That the Village Administrator be and he hereby is I authorized and directed to execute and deliver, on behalf of the V i II age of Dub I in, Ohio, a contract employing the Vi I lage Plan- ning Consultants, the Godwin-Bohm Group Corporation to prepare a uRecreational Master Plan,u a copy of which contract is attach- ed hereto, marked uExhibit AU, and made a part hereof. I I SECTION 2. There is, hereby appropriated, a sufficient amount to pay for the services and expenditures called for in said con- tract. I SECTION 3. I I EXHIBIT A CONTRACT AGREEMENT I - This Contract Agreement made and concluded this ~/rlday of ~t:/7: , 1978, by and between the Village of Dublin, Ohio, ... OJ a Municipal Corporation, existing under the laws of the State ( \ of Ohio, herinafter referred to as the nVi Ilage" and Godwin- IJ Bohm Group Corp., hereinafter referred to as the "Village Planning Consultant." WITNESSETH: That the Village and the Village Planning Con- sultant do hereby promise, undertake and agree as follows: Article I . The Village agrees to employ the Village Plan- ning Consultant to prepare a "Recreational Master Plan," (See Scope of services attached) Article II. The Village agrees to pay the Village Planning Consultant for said services computed and invoiced monthly to a tot a I not to exceed $9000.00.
