Rose as Chief of Police and Street Commissioner. The Ordinance was read for
the first time. iT. Dixon moved, seconded by ;.r. Ulrey to QlSpenSe with the
three time reading rule. Vote on the motion 'Ir8.S unanimous and Vote on the
