AN ORDINANCE APPROVING AND ACCEPTING A
WARRANTY DEED FOR PUBLIC PARKS AND OPEN
n AREA PURPOSES.

RE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, State of
Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Warranty Deed for Lot Number three (3) of
Waterford Phase III attached hereto marked Exhibit "A" and maee
a part hereof, for public park and open space purposes be, and
hereby is, approved and accepted.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after the earliest period allowed by law.

DUBLIN LAND CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation (the "Grantor"), in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations
paid to it by the VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO (the "Grantee"), the receipt of. which
considerations is hereby acknowledged by the Grantor, does hereby GRANT, BARGAIN,
.n SELL, and CONVEY to the-Grantee, its successors and assigns, for public .park an~ -
open area purposes, the following described real property (the "Premises") situated

Being Lot Number 3 of Waterford Village Phase 3 as the same
is nuniliered and delineated upon the recorded plat thereof of
record in .P1at Book 52, Page 3, Franklin County Recorder's Office.
to have and to hold the Premises, with all privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever. The instrument
by which the Grantor acquired title to the Premises is of record in Deed Book 3492,
Page 933, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio.
The Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee, its successors and assigns,
that the Grantor is lawfully seized of the Premises: that the Premises are free
. and clear of all liens and encumbrances, except: (a) real estate taxes and assess-
ments not presently due and payable; (b) zoning and building laws, ordinances,
and regulations; and (c) easements and restrictions of record, and that the Grantor
will forever warrant and defend the Premises, with appurtenances, unto the Grantee,
its successors and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,
except as noted above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Grantor has caus~his ,deed to ?e executed on

appeared Gerald H. Galbreath, III, who acknowledged that he is the President
of the above-named Dublin Land Corporation, that he signed this deed as such
officer pursuant to the authority duly conferred upon him by the board of dir-
ectors of said corporation; and that such signing was his voluntary act and deed,
individually and as such officer, and the voluntary corporate act and deed of
said corporation.
