with Section 715 of Ordinance 21-70 for the rezoning of the real estate I
hereinafter described, from Agricultural-Residential to Community Co~~- i I

ning & Zoning Co~~ission of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, for study and
report; and
0 1N1IEREAS. on December 4, 1974, the said Planning and Zoning Commission
report to the Village Council recommended Approval of the reque'sted
change in zoning; and

VlHEREAS, on December 4, 1974, the contents of this Ordinance, together i

public inspection in the office of the Village Clerk-Treasurer, where
it has re~Ained; and
WiqEREP~, on December 16, 1974, Council set the matter dovm for a public
hearing to be held on :r~").o 141'S"", at 8 :00 P.M. in the Village Municipal
Building, as required by law; and,
