vias unanimous.

Hr. Ulrey. iTr. Dixon moved, seconded by L1'. Eacklin to dispense with the three
time reading rule. Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on tho Resolution

The street problem invobTin?; Dr. Karrer 11!8S discussed apo:ai:ib., and it was decide,
that until vie informed Dr. Karrer of the Droceedinrs, the problen should be

prior to the next Council meeting.
jIr. Karrer introduced Resolution 06-69 invobrinF" the Villar;e becomimg a member
of the Ohio L9.w Enforcement Ar:ency. l.X. I.Tacklin moved, seconded by LIr. Ulrey
to d iSDense vri th the three time read ins rule. Vote on the mot ion wa s unanimous
and vote on the Resolution Vias unanirJ.ous.
A letter 'was ~ead from a 1.,1'. F'eF",en of Cleveland Ohio who 'was injured in an
automobile accident in the Villase in September. He was v-ery grateful for the
assistance given him by :?olice Chief Rose and the Dublin Volunteer Firenen.
As usual anothor lenf;hty discussion vms held on the 'Nater and Sewer issue and
I.Ir. Myers the Villa,o;e EnGineer was to chock into any available as sistance from
Franklin County and 1'1'. Donald Rose was to attempt to arrange a meetinp: with
the Service Director LIr. Cremean.

reported that we will probably come out just sli~htly better than forecasted
for the year 1969.
