AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING TEE TRANSFER OF UN-APPROPRIATED FUNDS FROM
THE GENERAL FUND TO TBE STREET FUND TO MEET THE OBLIGATIONS OF SAID
STREET FUND: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY..

I WlffiREAS, the Street Fund Account has in-sufficient funds to meet the

NOW, TlffiREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to

public health and safety for the reason that this transfer is necessary
