AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING THE LOWEST AND BEST BID FOR A NEW POLICE CRUISER:
AUTHORIZING THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR AND THE CLERK-TREASURER TO EXECUTE
A CONTRACT: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
~ WlffiREAS, pursuant to Ordinance 58-74 bids have been received for the
sale to the Village of a new Police Cruiser: and

I NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dublin,
state of Ohio, - of the elected members concurring:
SECTION 1. That the bid of ~1Y\L.Vo^,n\~ ~~v' for the sale to the
Village of a new Police Cruiser in accordance with the specifications
presently on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer be, and hereby is
accepted.
SECTION 2. That the Village Administrator and the Clerk-Treasurer be, and
they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute a contract in the name
of the Village with the said '1011 fY\Ll)o,t..m~ G+o.J for the purchase by the
Village of a new Police Cruiser in accordance with the specifications pre-
sently on file in~e office of the Clerk-Treasurer, and in accordance with
the said bid of O~ rY4 /)OIL""'~ c.t+eJ. ·
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, declared to be an
emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public
safety for the reason that a contract for a new Police Cruiser is presently
0 needed, and that this Ordinance shall take effect. and be in force immediately
upon its passage.
