AN ORD INANCE APPOINTING ~O~ ;3 is 6l..J S. 7~/...) AS A MEMBER OF T.HE
ARCHITECTURAL BOARD, FOR THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF JERRY TANNER: A},1J)
~ DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS: Jerry Tanner was appointed as a member of the Village
Architectural Board by Ordinanoe 02-74, for the year 1974, and
VffiEREAS: The said Jerry Tanner has resigned as a member of the
Village Arohitectural Board:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Council of the Village of
Dublin, state of Ohio, ~ of the eleoted members ooncurring:

ointed as a member of the Village Arohitectural Board for the un-
expired term of Jerry Tanner.

SECTION 2. That ~o~ ~ shall serve as a member of
the Village Arohitectural Board until.the first meeting of Council
in the ye~r 1975, and until h~ suocessor is appointed, or until l~
0 death, resignation or removal from offioe for cause as determined
by Council.
SECTION 3. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, deoaared
to be an emergenct measure necessary for the immediate preservation
of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that a member
of the Village Architectural Board to succeed Jerry Tanner is imm-
ediately neoessary to perform the funotions and duties perscribed
by Ordinanoe 21-70, and that this Ordinance shall take effect imm-
ediately upon its passage. ~ d
