O. ~ Form No. 2806-A Ordinance N 0 '_h~~~~~hU_______ Page 1 P assed________=u~t:nJ._.4t~u____^-------19 -1-1 __ ,), I I AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE COMPENSATION OF THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR OF THE VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, I I OHIO - I 0 I I BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village ?f Dublin, State of Ohio, I ,- I I ':> of the elected members concurring: I SECTION 1. That from and after the effective date of this ordinance I the Village Administrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, shall be paid a salary of $15,840.00 per year for performing his duties as Village I Administrator of the Village of Dublin, Ohio. SECTION 2. That the Clerk-Treasurer shall pay the Village Administrato in equal semi-monthly installments on the 15th and last day of each month. SECTION 3. That, in addition to the sum specified above, the Clerk- Treasurer, shall, in further consideration of his services to the Village, pay the full premium of a basic family medical and hospitalization insurance policy for the benefit of the said Sherman Sheldon, Village 11 Administrator, as agreed upon by the Mayor. I L=:f I I SECT ION 4. That. the minimum work week for the said Village Administrator shall be 40 hours per week. SECTION 5. That the said Village Administrator shall have a vacation of two weeks per year at full salary at such time as the Mayor and the Village Administrator shall mutually agree upon. - SECTION 6. The Village Administrator shall be entitled to sick leave with pay, but not to exceed one and one-half days times the number of months of his service to the Village; provided, however, that said I I Administrator may accumulate unused sick leave up to a maximum of one I I hundred-twenty (120) days. That this ordinance shall supercede previous ordinances of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, with which it is in conflict. , I 0 SECT ION 8.
