Moeller, Michael L. Wears, Jack Richard Lawry and Charles G. I I Medland as reserve"i police officers of the Village of Dublin, Ohio on their taking and passing a physical examination; and WHEREAS, the Council of the Village of Dublin, Ohio, is of the opinion that said Robert S. Moeller, Michael L. Wears, Jack Richard.Lawry and Charles G. Medland are suitable persons for such appointment: I I NOW lliEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by The Council of the Village of Dublin, I I State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring: I I SECfION 1. That this appointment is to continue as probationary until such time as the aforesaid officers are either finally appointed and confirme or until they are suspended or removed from office according to law. SECTION 3.
