The regular neeting of the Dublin Village Council ,'JaS held at 8 :00 PIll at
the I.Iunicipal Building with T:Iayor Jack Frambes presiding.
Roll Call was held as follows: Denney,nresent,Dixon,Dresent,Karrer,present,
r'.:acklin,absent ,McCoy ,all sent ,and Ulrey ,present.
The mmnutes of the preceoding neeting were read and anproved.

IE. Dixon moved, seconded by lIT. Ulrey that the bills be paid. Vote thereon
was unanim:ms.
The Clerk read a letter from Chalmers Wylie in re~rd to Long Term Loans for
Viater & Sewer facility construction, and was directed to write another let~,er
to Mr. ':rylie asking about the possibility of Grants for this purpose. (This
letter was written to LT. Wylie on Tuesday &agust 19, 1969~
A letter was received frOlJ. Dr. Karrers attorney in regard to the etlroachment
of his pronerty, and the Clerk was to contact the VillaGe Engineer Er. L'Iyers
to have the property in question surveyed. ( LIr. Hyers was contacted on August
20, 1969 and stated that he would do the ,job as soon as possible.)
There was sone discussion on Investment of the Carol S. Kennedy Trust funds
and the li.ayor was to give a report at the next regular meeting.
There was some discussion on a possible resevoir in the Dublin area which is
to go before the Regional Planning Com1~ission shortly. All in attendance
expressed the opinion that it would not be a good thing for the Village of
Dublin for many reasons. uur local Planning COIrunission Chairman John O. Lloffit
will express our opinions at this scheduled hearing.
The Village Solicitor Donald Rose informed Council that he had attended a mmet'ng
with l;x. Cremean and that liT. Crenean would submit a letter to the Village ver
soon in reGard to the pronosed Sev!er and 'Frater Contract with the City of Colum' us.
