The regular meeting of the Dublin Village Council vras held at 8 :00 PM at the

Roll Call was held as follows: Denney,present, Dixon,present, Karrer,present,
Iil9.cklin,present, I.IcGoy,present and Ulrey, absent.
The ninutes of the preceeding meeting were read and approved.

Itr. Denney introduced Ordinance 15-69 dealing with the acceptance of the Ash-
land Oil Annexation. The Ordinance was read for the first time. y~. Dixon moved
seconded by Mr. Karrer to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on
the motion was unanimous, and vote on the Ordinance was unanimous.
TIr. Dixon introduced Ordinance 16-69 dealing with a Supplemental Appropriation.
The Ordinance was read for the first time. Hr. 1.lcCoy moved, seconded by I:Ir.
lvJacklin to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote alla the motion was
unanimous and vote on the Ordinance was unanimous.
hir. Dixon introduced Ordinance 17-69 dealing with Drag Racing. The Ordinance
was read for the first time. Ltr. Karrer moved, seconded by r.~. t~Coy to dispens
with the three time r68.d:':..n[ 1'1,1'3. Vc:~e CE the motion viaS unanimous and vote on
the Ordinance was unanimous.
I.!fr. McCoy introduced Ordinance 18-69 dealing with the prohibiting rCl'.3cns
disturbing the peace by making unneccesary noise in the operation of a l'lotor
vehicle or motorcycle. The Ordinance was read for the first time. rir. Macklin
moved, seconded by ~lr. Dixon to dispense with the three time reading rule.
Vote on the motion was unanimous and vote on the Ordinance was unanlinous.
l..Ir. Denney introduced Ordinance 19-69 dealing with suspicious persons. '.i'he
Ordinance ViaS read for the first time. LIr. Dixon moved, seconded by LIr. Karrer
to dispense with the three time reading rule. Vote on the mo.tion was unanimous
and vote on the Ordinance was unanimous.
A letter was read from Chalmers Wylie in regard to obtaining Aid from the
Government for Sewer Construction, and Lir. 'Wylie is checking the possibility
and will reply in the vory near future.
As of this date the propesed Sewer and Water Contragt with the City of Col~~bus
has drawn no remarks or replies fron Service Director Cremean.

the July 21, 1969 meeting had little to report, and neither problem has been il
