CLARING AN E~ERGENCY.
\vHEREAS, t he V i I I age IS in need of an Architect to design a new
municipal bui Iding:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of
Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That R. Richard Royce, registered Architect be, and
he hereby IS, appointed as the Architect to design a new muni-
cipal bui Iding for the Vi I lage.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance be, and it IS, hereby declared to be
an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of
0 the hea Ith, welfare and safety of the Vi Ilage and for the further
reason that the design of a new municipal bu i I ding is presently
needed, therefore, this Ordinance shal I take effect and be In
force immediately upon its passage.
