AN ORD I NANCE PROVIDING FOR RATE
INCREASES FOR THE FULL-TIME MAIN-
n TENANCE MEN, THOMAS PRESS LEY AND
U ROBERT EGER.
\vHEREAS, Ordinance 16-73 of the Vi I lage of Dubl in, Ohio provides
that the Vii lage Administrator shall have the right to determine
the pay rate of service and maintenance employees within speci-
fied ranges, with Counci I approval; and
WHEREAS, The Vi I lage Administrator has determined that Thomas
Press ley, a service an maintenance employee, should be paid at
the rate of $4.30 per hour, said amount being within the pres-
cribed pay range for employee classification as Section Head #2,
and
WHEREAS, the Village Administrator had determined that Robert Eger,
a service an maintenance employee, should be paid at the rate of
$4.00 per hour, said amount being within the prescribed pay range
for employee calssification as Section Head #2;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Village of
n Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the members elected thereto con-
currIng:

SECTION I . That the pay rate of Thomas Pressley of $4.30 per
hour and the pay rate of Robert Eger of $4.00 per hour, both rates
being within the presc~ibed range for employee classification as
Section Head #2, and as determined by the Vi I lage Administrator,
be, and they hereby are, approved.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shal I take effect and be in force
from and after the earl iest period allowed by law.
