AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEDICATION OF
() LOT NUMBER ONE, WATERFORD VILLAGE

BE IT ORDAINED by the Counci I of the Vi Ilage of Dublin, Ohio ~
of the members concurring, that:
SECTION I. That the Village of Dublin, Ohio, hereby accepts a
parcel of land, described on Exhibit A attabbed hereto and made
a part hereof, from Dublin Land Corporation.

SECTION 2. That this Ordinance be in force and effect from the
earliest period allowed by law. i

WARRANTY DEED
DUBLIN LAND CORPORATION, an Ohio corporation (the "Grantor"), in con-
sideration of the sum of One Dollar and other good and valuable considerations
paid to it by the VILLAGE OF DUBLIN, OHIO (the "Grantee"), the receipt of, which
considerations is hereby acknowledged by the Grantor, does hereby GRANT, BARGAIN,
D SELL, and CONVEY to the Grantee, its successors and assigns, for public park and -
open area purposes, the following described real property (the "Premises") situated
in the Village of Dublin, Franklin County, Ohio:
Being Lot Number 1 of Watcrford Village Phase 3 as the same
is numbered and delineated upon the recorded plat thereof of
record in Plat Book 52, Page 3, Franklin County Recorder's Office. 3. '2.2.11 eftS
to have and to hold the Premises, with all privileges and appurtenances thereunto
belonging, unto the Grantee, its successors and assigns, forever. The instrument
by which the Grantor acquired title to the Premises is of record in Deed Book 3492,
Page 933, Recorder's Office, Franklin County, Ohio.
The Grantor hereby covenants with the Grantee, its successors and assigns,
that the Grantor is lawfully seized of the Premises: that the Premises are free
and clear of all liens and encumbrances, except: (a) real estate taxes and assess-
ments not presently due and payable; (b) zoning and building laws, ordinances,
and regulations; and (c) easements and restrictions of record, and that the Grantor
will forever warrant and defend the Premises, with appurtenances, unto the Grantee,
its successors and assigns, against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever,
except as noted above.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF. the Grantor has cau~deed to be executed on
its behalf by its duly authorized officers on ~, 1977.

Before me, a notary public in and for said state and county, personally
appeared Gerald H. Galbreath, III, who acknowledged that he is the President
of the above-named Dublin Land Corporation, that he signed this deed as such
officer pursuant to the authority duly conferred upon him by the board of dir-
ectors of said corporation; and that such signing was his voluntary act and deed,
individually and as such officer, and the voluntary corporate act and deed of
said corporation.
