AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
~ THE VILLAGE ADMINISTRATOR TO ADVERTISE
FOR BIDS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF AN
ADDITION TO THE VILLAGE MUNICIPAL
B U I LD I N G , 129 SO. HIGH STREET, DUBLIN,
OHIO: AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY.
WHEREAS, the Vi Ilage of Dubl in IS in need of an addition to the
Municipal Bui Iding:
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED, by the Counci I of the Vi I lage of
Dubl in, State of Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring:
SECTION I. That the Vi I lage Administrator be, and he hereby IS,
authorized and directed to advertise for bids for two consecutive
weeks for the construction of said addition to the Municipal
Bu i I ding, in accordance with the plans and specifications pre-
sent I y on f i Ie in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer. All bids
shal I be sealed and shal I be fi led with the Vi I lage Administrator,
V i I I age of Dub I in, Ohio before 12:00 noon on October I I , 1976, at
which time said bids shall be opened. The Dubl in Vi I lage Counci I
reserves the right to reject any and al I bids.
iJ Section 2. That this Ordinance be, and the same hereby is, de-
clared to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate
preservation of the publ ic peace, health and safety for the reason
that this addition is currently needed and this Ordinance shal I
take effect and be in force immediatley upon its passage.
