AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING
THE RATE OF PAY FOR THE
VILLAGE PLANNER AND
0 DECLARING AN EMERGENCY
WHEREAS, The Village of Dublin, Ohio, has appointed The De-
signer's Forum, I nc. as its Village Planner; and ~
WHEREAS the Council of said Village desires to contract for said
Planner's services at various hourly rates, agreed to by said Planner,
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of
Dubl in, Ohio, ~ of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The Village of Dubl in will pay The Designerls
Forum, Inc. IS fee, monthly, on receipt of their statement based on the
following hourly rate:
A. Thirty ($30.00) an hour for the Principals
of The Designer's Forum, I nc..
0 B. Two and Three-fourths (2.75) times the
hourly salary for all other employees of
The Designerls Forum, I nc..
SECTION 2. This Ordinance be, and it is, hereby, declared to
be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the
health, safety and welfare of the residents of the Village of Dubl in for I
the reason that the Village has appointed a Village planner but, has
failed to establish the fee to be paid to said planner, and, therefore,
this Ordinance shall be in force and take effect immediately upon its
