AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE
G VILLAGE CODE OF ORDINANCES
BY ADDING THERETO SECTION
73.01 (B) "MAXIMUM CONTINU-
OUS PARKING".
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Village of Dubl in, Ohio, ~
of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. The Village of Dubl in's Code of Ordinances be, and
it is hereby, amended by adding thereto the following Section 73.01 (B):
1173.01 (B) Maximum continuous street parking in same
location.
No person who is the owner, agent, operator or
other person in charge of any vehicle shall per-
mit such vehicle to remain parked, standing or
abandoned upon any street for a continuous
period longer than Forty-eight hours. This
section shall not be construed as affecting any
'0 other parking regulation now in effect or that
may hereafter become effective but shall be con-
strued as an additional parking 1 imitation.
The purpose of this section is to prohibit con-
tinuous long-time parking and the storage of
vehicles on Village streets.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance be in effect and take force from and
after the earliest period allowed by law.
