WHEREAS, the cost of maintenance, power costs, etc. for operation
of Force Main Pump Stations is shared by American Urban (now
Dublin Properties.), Muirfield, Western Electric and the Vi Ilage
of Dub I in; and
WHEREAS, the Village has not previously taken action to place
funds in said account;

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Vi Ilage of
Dublin, State of Ohio, ~of the members elected thereto con-
curring;
Section I. That the Clerk-Treasurer be and he hereby is G ~
author i zed and directed to make a TRANSFER from the"~ . ~. III
1Y~~I'-'" - ~'" ....11(' to the "Force Main Maintenance and Escrow
Fund~ ,in the amount of $3,000.00.

Section 2. That this Ordinance be and the same hereby is declare
0 to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preser-
vation of the public peace, health and safety for the reason that
this TRANSFER is immediately necessary in order to meet the ob-
ligations of the "Force Main Maintenance and Escrow Fund", and
that this Ordinance shall take effect and be in force immediately
upon its passage. /i!
