ORDINANCE NO. 36-74 BY
D DELETING THEREFROM
SECTION 35.35 "AUTOMATIC
SPRINKLER SYSTEMS"
BE IT ORDAINED by ~he Council of the Village of Dub1 in, Ohio
~ of the elected members concurring, that:
SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 36-74 be, and it is, hereby, amended, by
deleting therefrom Section 35.35 "Automatic Sprinkler Systems" in its
entirety.
SECTION 2. This Ordinance be in force and take effect from and
after the earl iest period allowed by law.
